Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

Erah Launcher supports software development, learning, and creative productivity. Use it only for lawful activities and in accordance with applicable third-party tool licenses and inference-provider policies. You are responsible for the content you submit and the permissions you grant to tools.

2. Prohibited Use

• Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Pornography, non-consensual sexual imagery, or sexual deepfakes.
• Incitement to violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Hate-based threats, targeted harassment, or abuse.
• Fraud, deceptive impersonation, credential theft, or other unlawful deception.
• Malware deployment, unauthorized access, malicious cyberattacks, or disruption of services.
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of software or other intellectual property.
• Payment fraud, account abuse, evasion of access restrictions, or interference with Erah infrastructure.

3. Reports and Enforcement

We review reports of suspected misuse and available account, payment, and usage records. We may restrict or suspend access while investigating, and may terminate access for confirmed violations. Upstream services may independently reject requests or restrict access under their own policies.

Where required, we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Refunds and remaining paid credits are reviewed under our Refund Policy, applicable Waffo rules, and law; this policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to support@erah.app with relevant account or request references and a description. Do not send illegal material or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
