1. Agreement and Service

By using Erah Launcher or purchasing compute credits, you agree to these Terms. Erah Team provides a Windows launcher that configures supported third-party AI tools with separate configuration and data directories, and a managed gateway for third-party model inference. Internet access and compatible hardware are required. Third-party tools and models are subject to their own licenses, terms, availability, and usage restrictions. Erah is independent of their developers and providers and does not sell their consumer subscriptions.

2. Accounts and Permissions

You are responsible for your account and for reviewing the permissions granted to tools. Separate configuration and data directories help keep tool settings apart from existing installations; they do not by themselves prevent an agent from reading files or executing commands. Only authorize access to files and systems you are entitled to use.

3. Credits and Billing

Credits are prepaid units for inference through Erah gateways. $1.00 USD purchases 1,000 Credits before applicable taxes. Current refill options and limits are shown in the launcher; the hosted checkout shows the final amount payable. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash except through an approved purchase refund.

The launcher lists current model names, IDs, and separate input, output, cache-read, and cache-write rates by tier. Charges use reported token counts and the applicable rates per million tokens, rounded up to a whole credit for each request. Where no separate cache rate is listed, the input rate applies. Elapsed tool runtime is not separately billed. Model availability and rates may change; review them before use and before purchasing credits.

4. Payment and Delivery

For purchases offered through Waffo Pancake, Waffo.com Limited acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Available payment methods and the final total are shown at checkout. Credits are added to your account after payment confirmation. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support with your order reference.

Transactions are subject to Waffo Buyer Terms and its Privacy Policy. Refer to your receipt for seller and transaction details.

5. Responsible Use and Suspension

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable third-party policies. We may restrict or suspend access when investigating suspected abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy, Waffo rules, and applicable law. Suspension does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Availability and Outputs

Service availability depends on our systems, your connection, and upstream services. We do not promise uninterrupted service, fixed response times, or guaranteed model availability. AI outputs may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them. Services are provided as available, subject to any mandatory warranties and remedies under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For product access, billing discrepancies, or questions about these Terms, email support@erah.app. Include your account email and order reference where relevant; never send passwords or full card details.
